Privacy policy
How administrative enquiries and browsing information are handled on this breast-health website.
1. Who is identified on this website
Tudo de Mastologia is the public trading identity presented here. The registered company, Brazilian CNPJ and full address are identified on the About page and in the site footer. This notice concerns these informational pages and their administrative enquiry tool. It does not purport to describe a hospital record system or every practice of a separate professional consulted later. Ask which organisation is responsible before transferring a clinical document, entering a care agreement or authorising disclosure to another provider.
2. The limited information requested by the form
The administrative form requests a name, reply email address, an enquiry subject and a short message. An organisation field is optional and can be left blank for a personal enquiry. There is no account, attachment uploader, clinical history questionnaire or payment field. Use the message for practical questions about arranging a consultation. Do not include examination reports, photographs of your body, detailed symptoms, identification documents or information about another patient in this ordinary administrative channel.
3. What preparing a draft actually does
The draft button runs code in your browser. It validates the required fields, assembles a preview on the page and provides an optional link to your email application. No form-processing endpoint receives those fields from this site, and no message is automatically sent. You decide whether to open, edit and send an email. Your email application may synchronise a draft independently. A preview or an opened application does not establish that an enquiry has been delivered to or read by the business.
4. A later message and its purpose
If you choose to send an email, the recipient and the email services involved can receive the content and routing information. Administrative correspondence may be used to understand the request, answer practical questions and keep the records necessary for that interaction. An appointment request should not be treated as consent for unrelated promotional use or for sharing health information without an appropriate basis. Any later collection of clinical information requires explanation of the purpose, recipient and suitable channel at that stage.
5. Browsing, hosting and network information
Accessing a page involves technical requests to the website host and Cloudflare delivery services. Information associated with those requests can include an IP address, request time, browser characteristics, requested URL and security signals. Such information supports delivery, protection and diagnosis of technical problems. The authored pages contain no advertising pixel, embedded social feed or appointment-platform tracker. Infrastructure providers can operate their own security, performance measurement and email-address protection functions, which should be considered separately from the local form mechanism.
6. Browser storage and outside destinations
The authored form does not place its fields in localStorage, create a patient login or set an advertising cookie. Your browser can cache local fonts, photographs and page files. Email software can retain drafts or sent messages under its own settings. INCA sources are identified as bibliographic references rather than embedded content. The photograph and fonts are served locally; reading the citation does not load the outside source. If you independently visit a credited provider, its privacy practices apply to that separate request. Browser and email controls govern their respective stored copies.
7. Health information requires particular care
Health details can reveal sensitive information and should be shared only for a clear, necessary purpose through an appropriate channel. This website does not provide remote diagnosis, a secure patient portal or clinical document storage. If a later interaction genuinely needs a report, establish who will receive it, why it is needed and how it should be transferred. Do not assume that writing in English, using HTTPS or seeing a medical subject on a page establishes the security or suitability of an ordinary email for every document.
8. Records, retention and confidentiality
A sent administrative message is a different record from an unsent browser preview. Retention of received correspondence depends on the actual purpose, any continuing enquiry and applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. Clinical records, if created during separately arranged care, can have different duties and retention rules. This notice does not promise a blanket deletion deadline for those separate records. Ask about the category and interaction concerned when seeking a retention explanation, and avoid resending sensitive material merely to identify the original message.
9. Requests about your information
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may be entitled to seek access, confirmation, correction, deletion, information about sharing or other appropriate action. Explain the request and the interaction it concerns using the Contact page’s published route. Identity verification may be necessary before a record can be disclosed or changed, but an identification scan should not be placed in a general enquiry without an agreed need and channel. Exceptions and lawful retention obligations may affect what can be done; the applicable law determines the required response.
10. Children, representatives and practical choices
An adult arranging care for another person should initially provide only the practical information needed for the administrative question. Do not publish a child’s health information or another person’s examination in the message. Authority and the appropriate channel need to be established separately if a representative will later discuss clinical matters. You can leave the optional organisation field empty, abandon a preview without sending it, or edit the draft in your own email software. Those choices do not remove copies of a message already sent.
11. Changes, questions and unresolved concerns
This version describes the site features available on its publication date. A new patient portal, online payment tool or other collection mechanism would need an appropriate notice before use; this notice does not authorise a future feature by implication. Report a privacy concern with the relevant page and enough non-sensitive context to identify the issue. Contact details are published with the business identity. Nothing in this notice prevents an applicable complaint to a competent data protection authority or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
